SGM 1000℃臺(tái)車爐外殼采用質(zhì)冷軋鋼板經(jīng)精密數(shù)控機(jī)床加工而成，爐體底部與小車輕軌連為一體，用戶不需要任何安裝，放在平整的地面上即可使用。爐襯為全纖維結(jié)構(gòu)，采用質(zhì)陶瓷纖維毯為原料，相對(duì)于磚式爐膛節(jié)能40%左右。主要用于機(jī)械零部件的正火、退火、淬火用。作方便，可編程，PID自整定、自動(dòng)升溫、自動(dòng)保溫、 自動(dòng)降溫，無(wú)需值守;可另配與計(jì)算機(jī)通訊通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)操作電爐(啟動(dòng)電爐、停止電爐、暫停升溫、設(shè)定升溫曲線、升溫曲線儲(chǔ)存、歷史曲線等。
